She is a past personal trainer, yoga and aerobics instructor; has earned a BS and MS in Natural Health and is currently completing a Doctor of Naturopathy degree. As a licensed (state of Ohio) ordained Minister of Natural Health for an interfaith church, she has set her mission to reach as many people as possible through speaking, teaching and writing to help them understand the necessity of taking care of "the houses they live in".
