REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

     

Refunds for Tele-Seminar Programs

Refunds for any of Penny's Wellness Teleseminars will be permitted up to 5 days prior to the air date. If a situation arises that will not allow your participation in the teleseminar, please contact Penny immediately for a refund, less $75. You will, however, have the option to convert the teleseminar purchase without any refund to the CD purchase of the same Wellness Program, shipping included.

 
     

Refunds for CD's

Refunds for Penny's CDs will be granted only if the original CD packaging has not been opened. Contact us for a return authorization number, package the CD in an appropriate mailing container and forward the package to:

Unless the CD arrived to you damaged, all return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If your CD has arrived to you damaged, please contact us for a return authorization number and additional instructions for replacement.
